Endodontics: Video. 
Apicectomy and Retrograde Root Filling of a lower incisor

This video shows an apicectomy, and a retrograde root filling using MTA. The tooth shown had already been apicected once, but not successfully.

Use of ultrasonics for apical cavity preparation is shown, and placement of MTA - a difficult material to handle - is demonstrated.
