Reading List

A curated Reading List to support and extend learning from CBT Techniques for Stress Management in Pharmacy Practice.
This course presents CBT as a set of practical self-management tools rather than training in therapy delivery. The items below therefore focus on official guidance about CBT, practical self-help techniques, workplace stress, and where to find support across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. England-facing routes are slightly more prominent because national entry points are clearer there, but Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are signposted where pathways differ.
