Scenario 1: Outdated Practice

Scenario

During a routine clinic you select the visual field testing protocol you've used for years. After sending a patient referral a colleague reviews it and points out that national guidance has been updated and now recommends a different testing method. You had not been aware of the change and realise your local practice still follows the older protocol.
