Legal outcomes must be handled with candour. The priority is prompt disclosure, proportionate safeguards, and documented learning.[1][5]

Scenario 7

Scenario

You are told that a registrant has accepted a formal police caution for shoplifting. Scenario 8

Scenario

After a staff night out, a registrant is convicted of drink-driving. They report the conviction and seek advice on the potential fitness to practise impact and what actions they and their employer should take to keep patients and colleagues safe while the matter is resolved.
